Customs & Pre-Orders
Shipping Policy
Production times for all made-to-order pieces are listed on in each item description. If a piece is ready to ship that will be listed in bold in the item description. Ready to ship items will ship in 3-5 business days. Once shipped you will receive an email with tracking info. Customers will be responsible for any customs or additional international shipping fees. To inquire about current stock or to rush a delivery please contact us.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Agate Guarantee
Agate Leather items are handcrafted to age beautifully but if there are any issues or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please don’t hesitate to contact me to repair, return or exchange your item.
Returns:
Yes! We accept returns within 7 days. To be accepted they must be free of damage or wear. If you would like to return your item first contact me. Then you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back. Upon receipt we will promptly refund the cost of your item minus the cost of any return labels provided by Agate Leather.
Exchanges:
Yes! We accept exchanges within 7 days. To be accepted they must be free of damage or wear. If you would like to return your item first contact us. Let us know that you want to do an exchange and for what item. Please contact me to inquire about current stock since an exchange will depend on what is currently available in the shop. Then you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back the returned item.
Repairs:
Yes! We do repairs! Agate Leather items are built to last so we want you to be 100% satisfied with your item. So if you are in need of some maintenance or a repair please contact us and I would be happy to repair your item free of charge for as long as you own the item. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me as well as a flat rate shipping cost to send it back to you.
Alterations:
At this time we only do alterations for belt sizing.
