SIZING FAQ 

 

FIT 

I understand that most bodies don’t fit neatly into this simple size chart. Under the description for each item I describe which measurements are the most important for sizing that specific item. For instance, for the chest harness the most important measurement is the UNDER BUST/CHEST measurement. So, if you are a little bigger or smaller in other areas, just make sure to pay attention to the most important measurement when selecting your size.  

 

5X-6X * MADE TO SIZE 

I make sizes small through 6XL here at Agate Leather. In order to ensure the absolute best fit for sizes 5X/6X I make these items to your specific measurements. This does not cost extra! All sizes will ALWAYS cost the same here. I have just found that it is the best way to ensure the best fit for your body. If you fall above 4X please select 5X/6X when checking out. Make sure to include your email address. I will then contact you within 24 hours via email to get your exact measurements. PLEASE be sure to send your measurements within a week of ordering so that I can get started on your item. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding sizing.   

 

WHAT IF IT DOSEN’T FIT?

I do accept returns and exchanges here at Agate Leather. HOWEVER, because of supply issues my stock is often very limited. Doing an exchange for a different size means that I must have the size you need in stock, or the materials to make it. Please check with me via email to inquire about current stock or incoming stock. 

I do accept returns within 1 week of receiving the item. Please see return policy for details on making a return.  

 

BELT SIZING

Measure your body circumference where you wear your belt in inches. Usually your measurement will be either at the waist, or the hips, it all depends on where you prefer to wear your belt. Measure using a soft tailors tape measure.

When ordering select your exact BODY measurement (round up to the closest even number in inches). 

I then size your belt right from this measurement, and position adjustable holes a bit bigger and a bit smaller. This is the most reliable way to get a perfect fit.
